This was the worst online shopping experience Iāve had and reminded me exactly why I stopped spending tons of money at VS despite being a cardholder. I received a $10 birthday gift in the mail but wasnāt able to make it to a store during open hours due to my crazy work schedule running a nonprofit. I didnāt want to miss out on the opportunity but this process made me so mad I almost just quit a few times and Iām still debating whether I should have even bothered. I spent well over an hour navigating the ridiculous mobile layout of the site, which continually drops items from lists while sorting, trying to pick a couple great items from the sale and went to ring up a well-worth-it and thought out purchase of roughly $40, but the birthday code wouldnāt work on the sale items. I was upset to have spent so much time and not be able to use the discount but I can understand that I guess. So I spent a ton more time and picked out a regular priced item of $14.50 - a great deal with my birthday gift from VS! - only to find out Iād have to pay twice that, pretty much the original price, in shipping. Thatās BS, especially as a cardholder. The item canāt be shipped to my local store for free and is t available for pickup. Now Iāve invested so much time in this I decide, fine. Literally any underwear thatās available to pick up so I donāt pay shipping will do. Surprise! NO UNDERWEAR AT ALL CAN BE PICKED UP FROM MY STORE. Thatās completely ridiculous and infuriating. In order to even find ANY items available for pickup from my store, I had to go into every single category from VS and Pink and click to see all sorted by pickup, and almost no items were available. I gave up with only a few minutes to midnight when the gift expired - I had tried for several weeks to make it in store and hoped I could today, even - but fine, Iāll order my āgiftā which Iām now paying for. When I went to check out that process was also a huge pain - the option to look up your VS account info was pointless as I went through that process three times and it showed approval/said I was good to go but continued to give me the error message that I needed to enter in my card information. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF WHAT I JUST DID THEN? Fine, let me get out of bed and turn on all the lights to get my card. This entire process was infuriating and Iām honestly so angry typing it out Iām now mad that I did decide to order. Itās BS that this process is so difficult, that a āgiftā for cardholders comes with so many strings and I canāt even get free shipping so I have to pay for an item that should have been free because I donāt have free time to shop in store? What a joke. Iām debating canceling my card since the ābenefitsā donāt even exist.

So I place and order for some underwear. Price was great, website is reasy to use , only complaint is that the particular item did not have a big enough variety of colors/designs plus one color wich we wanted was out of stock and there should be an option for store pick up so instead of spending money on shipping we can spend it on more merchandise.

I liked the small perfume discount buy to get one free. However, I believe that we should be able to use up to three coupons for each purchase due to the prices online. Also the website should not be able to dictate which two coupons is used. Especially when it's being used as a birthday gift card and the other one expires. Also I believe that sometimes the perfumes are expensive and it was expensive today. I was looking for more of a discount on the perfume bottles the 1.7 and 3.4 oz.
