Experience was overall simply not good at all. From every time I put something in my cart and then shopping for more and going back to my cart to find out it was no longer available, to my ending total not reflecting a total anywhere near what it should have after applying a $30 off a $100+ purchase code, as there was only barely over a dollar difference in my total bfore applying the code than there was after applying it. And when I tried chatting with an assistant to question this info with hopes of understanding, I was disconnected completely multiple times or transferred to a different assistant due to technical difficulties,also multiple times. That kept happening until too much time had passed and my order had been "released" leaving me with no other option than to have to call customer service tomorrow or simply wait for the order to be delivered and return everything. Which at this point is what its looking like will happen. Im just overall frustrated and disappointed by this whole experience. Which just frustrated and disappoints me that much more as ordering new things and anticipating thier delivery should make a person happy,excited even.
