I purchased over $100 during a promotion that offered a free tote bag with qualifying purchases. Typically, Victoria’s Secret also includes a discount card for the next purchase. However, the cashier at this visit:
• Did not provide the free tote bag until I insisted and had to involve a manager, despite the promotion being clearly active. The cashier initially responded, “I didn’t know you wanted a bag,” and refused to add it to my order.
• Did not give the discount card that normally accompanies purchases.
• Placed my bra order incorrectly, changing the color I specifically requested and held in my hands. She assumed my skin tone and chose a shade for me without asking.
Additionally, the cashier was rude and displayed discriminatory behavior, rolling her eyes and refusing to properly assist me unless I involved a manager. This behavior made an already frustrating situation worse.
I have photo evidence showing the correct color I requested. I kindly request the following:
1. Correcting my order to the proper bra color or arranging a replacement/return.
2. Formal acknowledgment of the poor service and discriminatory behavior I experienced.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience, such as a gift card, discount, or other gesture, considering I was denied the free tote and discount card that should have been included.
I am a loyal Victoria’s Secret customer, and I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
