Very easy to use website. It was simple shopping, ordering and paying. I was a little disappointed that the snowflake name ornament wouldn’t be delivered in time for Christmas but my granddaughter will have it for many Christmases to come. The towel that is arriving late is for a May birthday and will be no problem.

Overall great. I love Uncommon Goods. Only dissatisfaction is that some of my past orders took quite some time to arrive. The item I ordered this time will be a perfect gift for my mom and the estimation for arrival is short, so I am satisfied.

My order was lost, carrier claimed to have delivered it, but we were not able to find the 1st pkg. Customer service was great, and sent a 2nd pkg with 2 of the 3 items i had purchased. Unfortunately 1 of the items that was in the first pkg that was lost, had sold out and been discontinued. Customer service was fantastic, and sent me a new pkg, minus the 1 item. I rcvd the 2nd pkg, in great shape. All items in the box were a present for my wife, and she was extremely excited about the 2 items and card that did make the it. We were both a bit disappointed that eren't able to utilize the kitchen towel that had been lost, and then discontinued.

I really enjoy all of the variety of products that are sold here. I did not like how after finishing paying, it asked me to donate every day and gave a me a million little "coupons" for unrelated companies which was annoying. Overall, I enjoyed my experience buying from your store, and I look forward to doing so again.

I saw the Christmas ornaments advertised somewhere and emailed a bookmark to myself so I could order the ornaments after the baby was born and named. The order process was straightforward, and browsing the site was simple. The site is organized and very easy to browse. I had no trouble getting around and looking at the merchandise. Some of the prices are a little high, but then I remember that most of the items are made by small businesses and independent artists, and when I look at it that way, the prices are not bad at all. The shipping does not make me happy, though. My order total is $105, but the weight of the items is much less than other items at a similar price, or even a lower price, but my shipping charge is more than what a heavier item at a lower price is charged. Don't know the solution to that, but it annoys me all the same.
