I highly recommend this seller. The prices are great, though shipping is a bit high, and while my order arrived late, it wasn’t the seller’s fault—USPS really dropped the ball. Communication with the seller was excellent. The tobacco is smooth and very fresh, and the tubes are in perfect condition. I ordered the Arrowhead Blue tobacco and Classic Blue tubes, which make for a nice, enjoyable smoke.

Website is generally pretty easy to use. Breaks down the brands, which is very helpful. On the filters, wish we didn't have to buy in increments of 5 as I only need about 8 per purchase.

It was my first time. I’m usually skeptical but ordered anyway and I like the experience and the product Cheyenne cigars that look like cigarettes with filter and all. The vanilla is great and even the full flavor isn’t harsh. I’m placing another order for vanilla and the gold to try. I didn’t give them good rating for on time. Only because it was one day late and the tracking wasn’t kept up to date. I would definitely order again ( in minutes) and would recommend anyone to try out this store.
