Ordered on Oct 15. Received an email on 10/17 stating some product was out of stock. Had 4 options for resolution. I responded with my option choice on the sane day, but had not received a reply by late afternoon on 10/19 confirming my option. Requested they substitute the out of stock items and requested the advise of the price difference if any. Tried to call customer support 4 separate times. Each time was left on hold for 8 minutes before an error message came up and disconnected the call. Tried to do a "live chat". They did not respond in a timely manner and did not address my concerns or questions. I did finally receive 2 separate emails on 10/20, but they kept referencing to a shipping label error on 10/15, which was not a concern i had since i did not get an actual shipping label notice until 10/20. I have used tobacco general for years and had no issues. This was the 1st time trying to contact customer support. I was very disappointed with that whole process. My product finally arrived on 10/26 with the entire original order. I am satisfied with the products purchased. I just wish customer support had done a better job.

I bought a "light" tobacco, which turned out to be a little lighter than the light cigarettes I was smoking, so I will probably buy a more full-flavored tobacco next time, but what I did purchase was still good and has a good flavor...plus, rolling/injecting my own is saving me almost $250 per month. My order was delivered quickly, and the ordering process was very easy and convenient.
