Sometimes the shipping is a little slower than others it seems depending on which location it’s shipped from, the Illinois location seems to get the package ready and on the way quicker. The product quality is consistently good, the packing of shipments is also consistently good, no damages to anything yet, pricing is fairly consistent and reasonable overall I’ll continue to order from you due to these points. More discounts would be nice but I get it, the pricing is already working on low margins

Due to the ridiculous increase in the price of cigarettes, I have recently gone back to rolling my own, or should I say stuffing my own. I rolled my own for 20 years, but stopped after Philip Morris lobbed for an enormous tax increase on loose tobacco. I used to roll American spirit. The regular price of a 2 ounce pouch was $2.89. After the price increase due to the tax lobby by Phillip Morris that 2 ounce pouch went to $7.99 overnight. After that happened I felt stupid making my own cigarettes because I wasn’t saving any money plus my time so I began to smoke store-bought American Spirit Turquoise. It went up very often until it finally reached $21.12 for two packs with a Sheet‘s discount card. That made my cigarettes cost $.53 apiece now that a carton of American spirit Turquoise is $105! That is insane! I simply cannot afford it! I have found that with OHM Au Natural tobacco from Tobacco General. I’m able to build a flavor profile very close to what I normally like to smoke. It’s not perfect, but it’s close enough! Most of my friends who bum cigarettes off me tell me that they prefer the flavor of the ones I make to the American spirit Turquoise! I use two parts OHM red Au Natural to one part of OHM gold Au Natural. A lot of people in the roll your own Facebook group that I am in use another supplier for their tobacco. I have had no problem buying from Tobacco General, even though the shipping cost is high. I also understand why the shipping cost is high. They require extra careful packing to arrive with undamaged tubes! So far my packages have been very well packed! I even subscribed to regular tobacco and tube deliveries from Tobacco General. I believe is a wonderful way to stay stocked without having to remember to order. I bought a Powermatic five electric cigarette machine after borrowing one from a friend. It is an amazing tool for people who roll their own! It cost $289 buying directly from Powermatic which I strongly recommend! It cost more than that on Amazon!I just received 3 pounds of tobacco and 1000 tubes from Tobacco General and signed up for their subscription service for future deliveries. Due to the cost of the new machine, the next 10 cartons I make will cost $35.00. Subsequent cartons will cost seven dollars each which is very close to the price. I paid in 1975 when I began smoking!! Until there is a price increase in tobacco and tubes which is inevitable. Seven bucks a carton is dirt cheap! Especially with very high-quality tobacco and manufacturing techniques. I could not possibly be more satisfied with the tobacco quality,shipping carefully packed boxes delivered to my front porch from Tobacco General!
