I paid for 2nd day shipping on 3 ordered items and I Only received 2 items on time. The 3rd item has NOT been received and now I have to complete a claim form by mail, in which I am still waiting to receive before I can request a Refund or a re-shipment. All of this after finally a 3rd phone call to speak with a Supervisor. I have since Finally re-ordered the Lost Bedding set. This has been a Nightmare!!
