I was looking for a good water cooler. And I came across this, it works very good. The cold could be a tad colder, but the hot is very hot. Overall, it's a very good product so far. I would recommend stone berry, in fact, I have recommended already.

The supervisors were able to help me my first order is still lost in transit it has been in transit now since August 3rd and they have not updated the information since August 19th that was the last word on matter saying that it had Departed the facility in Dallas and that was 4 days ago and it has not had any kind of scans or update since then there's no idea where the original order is but a supervisor replace the order and sent me another one with direct shipping instead of the $10 ground economy through FedEx which is useless they delay deliveries my first delivery that they delayed that was ordered on July 2nd I got it 37 Days later so the fact that y'all do FedEx ground economy and you charge your customers $10 for that when y'all only pay pennies on the dollar for that very measly delivery service is something that stoneberry needs to change immediately because if you're charging customers $10 for delivery and they're having to wait or get items reordered and replaced because of that shipping method y'all you're doing is losing money because now I got this comforter set that I'm going to pay for but there's a whole another comforter said a whole another $60 that y'all just lost because it's lost in transit and when it finally does arrive to me I will return it but until then I can do nothing because it's at the mercy of FedEx ground economy which they they stated that ground economy is mainly used for small businesses for non-urgent non non-valuable items to be shipped and that's the method that y'all chose to ship and y'all charge customers $10 to do that so y'all are down bad for that

I finally found something to hold my tools for working in the yard. The top of my freezer is almost clear. The only problems I have is my neighbor kids. They are 2 and 5. Someone got into it and now I can't get it to latch. So need to work on that. Going to get some strong string and figure out how to make a rope so I can drag it around the yard with me.

Literally impossible to return

I purchased two pair of boots. One pair did not fit. I took it to FedEx and they told me I had the wrong return label. I have contacted Stoneberry over 5 times on the phone and cannot get them to send me a return label. Every time I call I get someone that has no clue of anything. After trying to get the message through to a brick wall. They finally tell me that I will have a return label in two days, 8 days, and 10 days. I haven’t seen a return label yet and it’s been almost a month. The worst customer service in history. I will never order from Stoneberry again.

I was extremely disappointed in the purchase of the purse I bought and a pair of K-Swiss tennis shoes that I bought. The shoes were a bit worn on the top, looked like they had been formerly used, and the purse was not at all like the picture made it look on the website. The supervisors were able to help me my first order is still lost in transit it has been in transit now since August 3rd and they have not updated the information since August 19th that was the last word on matter saying that it had Departed the facility in Dallas and that was 4 days ago and it has not had any kind of scans or update since then there's no idea where the original order is but a supervisor replace the order and sent me another one with direct shipping instead of the $10 ground economy through FedEx which is useless they delay deliveries my first delivery that they delayed that was ordered on July 2nd I got it 37 Days later so the fact that y'all do FedEx ground economy and you charge your customers $10 for that when y'all only pay pennies on the dollar for that very measly delivery service is something that stoneberry needs to change immediately because if you're charging customers $10 for delivery and they're having to wait or get items reordered and replaced because of that shipping method y'all you're doing is losing money because now I got this comforter set that I'm going to pay for but there's a whole another comforter said a whole another $60 that y'all just lost because it's lost in transit and when it finally does arrive to me I will return it but until then I can do nothing because it's at the mercy of FedEx ground economy which they they stated that ground economy is mainly used for small businesses for non-urgent non non-valuable items to be shipped and that's the method that y'all chose to ship and y'all charge customers $10 to do that so y'all are down bad for that

I finally found something to hold my tools for working in the yard. The top of my freezer is almost clear. The only problems I have is my neighbor kids. They are 2 and 5. Someone got into it and now I can't get it to latch. So need to work on that. Going to get some strong string and figure out how to make a rope so I can drag it around the yard with me.

Literally impossible to return

I purchased two pair of boots. One pair did not fit. I took it to FedEx and they told me I had the wrong return label. I have contacted Stoneberry over 5 times on the phone and cannot get them to send me a return label. Every time I call I get someone that has no clue of anything. After trying to get the message through to a brick wall. They finally tell me that I will have a return label in two days, 8 days, and 10 days. I haven’t seen a return label yet and it’s been almost a month. The worst customer service in history. I will never order from Stoneberry again.

I was extremely disappointed in the purchase of the purse I bought and a pair of K-Swiss tennis shoes that I bought. The shoes were a bit worn on the top, looked like they had been formerly used, and the purse was not at all like the picture made it look on the website.
