You helped me find a solution that no one else could find and more importantly it worked. The only negative was that the support team told me it came with a Nylon Bushing pre-installed... I did not trust that pinion so I included a bushing in my order and sure enough no bushing when it arrived. Had I not included it I would have had to have waited another week to make my repairs.

I placed an order online for overnight delivery. Just a few hours later I was notified that the item was unavailable but they included recommendations for a replacement. They were spot on. I placed an order online for overnight delivery. Just a few hours later I was notified that the item was unavailable but they included recommendations for a replacement. They were spot on. After my approval they handled everything from canceling first order to submitting new order and even handled the price difference without taking up any of my time. I will be looking to work with them in the future.
