I had significant trouble with the credit card function on my cell phone and switched over to online ordering via laptop; still had trouble with credit card function and added a new card. Probably spent 45 minutes between the two attempts. It was kinda grueling but eventually worked. No idea what the trouble was/is. I appreciate the sale price and quality of this purchase. I looked around and no other vendor could provide what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Super appreciate this product availability and the sale price.

Order processing times are terrible. I'm glad I didn't need my order quickly. I could have received an order from another country faster. When I eventually DID receive my order, they addressed it to the wrong person. How does that even happen? I'm glad this wasn't a gift to the person they addressed the package to. If they can't even get the little things correct, then why would I ever want to order again. Horrible experience.
