Great products, I have ordered before and I'm very satisfied with the product I received; however, the web site is very clunky and difficult to navigate. Also, there are patterns I found on the website, (Subway Tile Embossed), that are not available. I had to call to find that out, the gentleman was very professional and helpful.

We couldn't find OEM shelving for our sterile room built in cabinet. I came across Stainless Supply and they had exactly the product we needed in nearly a custom made size. The shelves arrived in perfect condition and the specs were spot on! It was awesome to have the process from start to finish be flawless!

the site doesnt work well on an ipad. the dimensions of design (length, width, depth) are not explained in the graphics. i tried to design an island countertop with a sink and it was very confusing.

This was a one-time purchase of a stainless steel backsplash for an outdoor kitchen. Stainless Supply had a large number of designs for both standard and special orders. It has been installed and looks beautiful.

1st purchase, was easy. I was a bit disappointed that the Tax amount did not show until AFTER I had entered my credit card info so I had to go back and update order to 1 fewer (to stay under $1000.00 credit card limit) then go back and re-enter. but not a major thing. overall looking forward to the product and seeing how it performs. If happy with I am likely a repeat customer. I am a business, not a residential use buyer.

Your website permits cuts to patterned finishes for channels but not for cuts under the size of a sheet. I would have liked to have had the classic 2" engine finish to all the pieces I ordered. The website times out. It would be good to have a timer to let the customer know this.

i initially had difficulty finding cut to order 26-gauge stainless steel sheet, but Stainless Supply had what I need at a reasonable price and delivered quickly. I will use them again.

We need a backsplash for an outdoor kitchen. You have a wonderful selection. There seems to be a quirk in your website. When clicking on "i" for info (such for info on hem) most of the box that popped up was hidden under other parts of the screen. It would be helpful to fix those things.

the site works well but has two flaws: When the drop down for your account is open you cannot navigate away from that page and it is a bit buggy to keep it closed. Second, after looking at my cart I cannot go back to the "design your wall panel" page to add panels.....I did it by starting over. It might be better to let you use the back button off of the cart page or have a "continue shopping" button at the bottom of the cart. I clicked the company logo to start over.

a sample size was not available so i had to order a 2' segment of each of the two possible items. The pieces i received were very rustic compared to the images and drawings on the website. the cut edges were rough and the radius on the corner was much to big to allow this to wrap around a square corner. Since the segments were custom cut, i was told i cannot return them. I appreciate that it was easy to contact the company for help when I placed my order, the website was not user-friendly
