I was looking for a very specific size and type of stainless steel corner protectors for my business since customers had damaged them at the door when exiting with heavy rolling carts. Finding ones as short as I needed was hard to find, and limited customizations selectable online. You guys had everything I needed with the measurement, options for added holes and screws for mounting. They fit and look perfect

Mostly very good! Only thing that wasn't clear had to do with specifying the grain of the stainless steel on a product over 48" long. The system doesn't tell you (while you are ordering) that the grain goes the longest length for pieces that big. But customer service cleared things up promptly. Cory was great.

the only thing I would suggest is that if you have to modify part of an order, you have to reorder a particular item, add it to the order listing and cancel the first option. I would be nicer if you could just modify a line item.
