the site works well but has two flaws: When the drop down for your account is open you cannot navigate away from that page and it is a bit buggy to keep it closed. Second, after looking at my cart I cannot go back to the "design your wall panel" page to add panels.....I did it by starting over. It might be better to let you use the back button off of the cart page or have a "continue shopping" button at the bottom of the cart. I clicked the company logo to start over.

a sample size was not available so i had to order a 2' segment of each of the two possible items. The pieces i received were very rustic compared to the images and drawings on the website. the cut edges were rough and the radius on the corner was much to big to allow this to wrap around a square corner. Since the segments were custom cut, i was told i cannot return them. I appreciate that it was easy to contact the company for help when I placed my order, the website was not user-friendly

The website is very clear, easy to navigate, and very informative. I am a woodworker and have very little experience with stainless steel, so I appreciate how helpful the site is. I also very much appreciate how nice the actual product is, including how it is protected by plastic film. I use the steel to cover the edges of nice-looking tack trunks used in horse shows, and the finished trunks look really good with your steel on them. My only complaint, which I'm sure won't surprise you: the additional costs, including custom angle charge, shipping, oversize package, taxes (not your fault, I know). It amounts to over $200 more than the order. The volume discount helps, but the final cost is still a bit shocking. In all, though, I'm happy I found your company.

We're very happy with Stainless Supply. Although there was no external damage to the shipping crate, some items arrived damaged. Stainless Supply, were quick to send replacements at their expense.

I had a great and informative conversation with Bart. He answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed. Very satisfied. Ordering samples was easy and satisfactory, but It would be better if there was no $250 sample minumum, since customers are paying for shipping and tax anyway.

Your phone rep could not have been more cheerful and helpful. The website is one of the best I have seen for ordering a custom product. You might want to consider drop-down boxes to explain certain terms used on the website. (I may have missed this feature if it is there already.)
