MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER THAT I CAN JUST SELECT AND GET THE TRACKING INFO LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. BUT HERE YOU JUST ASSUME THAT EVERYONE HAS A CELL PHONE THAT CONTROLS THEIR LIFE. SO THE SCAN THE QR CODE IS NOTHING MORE THAN AN INSULT TO PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO LIKE DOING BUSINESS THE PROPER WAY. FOR YOUR INFO I STILL CARRY A FLIP PHONE SO YOUR QR ASSUMPTION IS JUST BULL TO ME.

Although I have been extremely satisfied with your products to date, customer service matters. In my most recent order, one of the bottles leaked. Despite reaching out, and providing photos of the product in question as well as moisture filled packaging, sharing that ALL of the products were sticky to the touch, your customer service team apologized for the leakage but said we received “about” the right amount of product and ceased communication. As I stated in my last email, this was my second purchase from your company and that while I love your products to date, customer service is equally important. Your response acknowledged that I did not receive what I paid for but because I received “about” the right amount, you are more concerned about the $7.95 I paid for the product in question than the long term value I would have held as a repeat customer. Very disappointing experience overall. After all, you have safeguards in place that require me as a customer to pay you the exact amount you believe your products are worth. I am not ably to pay “about” the right amount. It seems only fair that I receive the same courtesy in return. Had your team apologized and made some show of apology, either replace the product, refunded the product, even offered an apology discount on a future order, I would have raved about your product and service to fellow equine owners. Rather, you showed your true colors of placing a few dollars above standing behind your products and shipping methods and left me feeling unvalued as a customer.
