Excellent value for the product. Very quick shipping. Very good product that completely met my expectations. Only issue was that while the order was acknowledged, it promised an update when shipped including a tracking number. This second notice and tracking number did not come. Contacted customer service and while the order did ship on time and quickly and customer service confirmed this, no shipping tracking number was ever provided and I did not know when the product was coming until it arrived/I contacted customer service.

I have had good experience this time. Last year I had a back order that was sent when I told them I needed to know before they sent it. I had emailed that I found the vaccine somewhere else & was already shipped. I wanted to cancel the back order. But, it was sent, too. Wasn't too happy about that. But, I have gotten good service overall. This past order I did not get a confirmation email of the order or tracking info.

When you are near the final payment site, the page shows a summary of what you bought. It does not show how many. It just shows one of each item and since I was getting more than one of some items I had to go back to the cart and make sure it was correct. It was correct on the cart and billing and then I realized the summary didn't give the quantity of the items. Made the checkout slightly longer and confusing. Last time, there was a problem with the difference between my billing address and the delivery address because I have a PO box for normal mail but shipping is to my residence. I had to open a chat to get it figured out. The person on the chat did get it cleared up with no problem. There was minimal wait time. The service is good so that is why I will continue to order from you guys.
