It was good I found a ssd I was looking at on Amazon for 10% cheaper than Amazon the only thing I didn't like about ther website was that they had another one for sale that said open box and didn't explaine exactly what that meant so I didn't know if it was used I didn't purchase that one because of that but the one I bought was almost the same price

I made a purchase from provantage years ago and didn't hesitate to make my most recent purchase as I have confidence and trust in you. As an Amazon Prime customer, they get my attention out of convenience. I will look to check with provantage for future appropriate purchases before defaulting to Amazon.

This website was super cool! They had competitive prices and I was impressed and happy with the shipping options. Their website is nostalgic and their product descriptions were clear. They sent me emails daily to keep me posted on the processing and shipping status. The SMALLEST complaint I had was that I ordered on a weekend day and I chose next day delivery and I wasn't super confident if it would show up the next day or if it meant business days. I think it may have been a fault on my end so I was happy nonetheless and super satisfied, I would definitely recommend others to use Provantage!

The only reason I would go elsewhere to make a purchase it the free 2-day shipping I get from Amazon Prime. I have ordered from Provantage before and am a satisfied customer.

The entire process from creating an account and the product getting delivered was smooth and easy. Only thing that can be improved is the website UI, it still looks like a site from the 90s.

I trust Provantage to sell genuine products, which is my primary reason for buying from them. There are too many counterfeit products that can purchased at a "discounted" price out on the internet market. With Provantage, I know that I'm purchasing a genuine product.

Today's experience is all good, there has not been one time where I've had issues w/ordering anything from Provantage. My order notification (email) has always been very timely and accurate. Shipping is quick and followed up w/timely notifications. All prices listed on the website are competitive w/other vendors but with Provantage, I know that I'm getting exactly what I ordered. I trust Provantage to provide authentic products.

What went well: The order selection and pricing were good. Areas for improvement: The website layout felt cluttered, and page loading was somewhat slow during checkout. Clearer shipping information prior to final review would also be very helpful.

Number of times I had to type in my contact information was a bit excess (4 times) and there was no option like "same as above address" which could have reduced this. It was a little more time consuming to take more time retyping the same information before placing my order. Otherwise placing my order was easy.
