I ordered brakes and rotors kit for my Audi.
The parts arrived timely in two separate boxes, one box contained rotors, the other brake pads., however the brake pads were missing the ABS sensor cable. The rotors fit fine and I installed them. I had the wheels off the car and the rotors and brakes off when I realized no ABS wire! Because I needed to complete the job I had to go to a local autoparts store and purchase all new pads with the ABS sensor wire included. I called customer service to return the pads as they were still in their original pkg. They refused to allow the return. These pads were unused, not installed, in still in the box they arrived in. To not allow a return or refund just solidified that I’ll never purchase from Parts Geek again! I am also disputing my credit card charge as you company refuses the return of an incomplete product! Very very disappointed, as I was a loyal customer!
