Your customer service was solid. However, I have some big complaints with the ordering of parts as well as the parts received the 2nd time after I returned an item. The power steering pump I first purchased said it would work for a 2004 Honda Civic. Made no mention that it wouldn't fit all sub models. The part didn't work for my vehicle. Had to pay 28 bucks to return a 90 dollar part. Wait a week and a half and pay more for the right part. Then I get a new power steering pump and the literal machine holes on the pressure side line weren't symmetrical. Making installing my pressure line very frustrating. The bolt holes on the flange and the fitting off of the hose didn't line up. Causing the bolt to cross thread. I ended up snapping off the bolt in the brand new pump, causing me a day and a half to pull everything apart. Drill out, re-tap threads and save the part for use only after having to stack some washers to get the part to even usable. Very infuriating. While your customer support was able to get me a parts that actually fit my vehicle, the shipping times were long and the part received was defective. After already sending back 1 pump that wouldn't work for my application. Just some things I'd thought I'd share. I will give you guys another chance in the future, but I may also shop around due to this experience. Thank you for your service nonetheless.
