I ordered a cv axle for my 2004 toyota sienna xle, the part i ordered said it was "compatible" but the axle shaft diameter was way to small for the teeth to make connection with the gear inaide the transmission. Then when i went to start the return, it forced me to choose an option that was incorrect as if i ordered the wrong part. I specifically said the XLE model of the van and was told this one was compatible, i was sent a part for the normal sienna van. Then had to pay for the return label and $40 worth of shipping to get my refund of $65. I spent $84 to get the part and $40 to return it. So i spent a total of $124+ on this part and got $65 of that back. I wont ever make thar mistake again ordering from partsgeek and i will make sure to let all my friends and family know not to either. The cost of my van being down and the cost i incurred by partsgeek and the time lost bot working having to donate plasma to make the money for the return was way too much. Ill just pay for the more expensive parts at the parts store from now on where i can take the old one with me and make sure i get the correct part the first time. I should have known better at my age

Parts were easy to find. I don't recognize many of the brand names, however, I was surprised to find some "difficult to find" or "Obsolete" items for a significantly lower price than my local parts supplier.
