I love the fact that you give me a credit bonus for my reviews, as a very small business, this helps me greatly and enables me to purchase a little bit more from you! But this new thing curing checkout is VERY disturbing--- FansClub and all the other offers afterwards feel scammy... It's scary to me and made me hesitate ording, I thought I was going to get into something I wouldn't be able to get out of.... Please eliminate that, it's highly unpleasant to be harassed like that... Thank you!

We’ve been ordering our glossy labels from OnlineLabels for our VeraLana Treats tea lollipops, and we’ve been very happy with both the quality and the price. The glossy material has a beautiful photo-paper-like finish, which makes our product labels look bright, professional, and premium. Another huge bonus is the free one-year access to Maestro Label Designer that comes with each purchase. Since we order labels regularly, we essentially always have access to the design software at no additional cost, which is incredibly convenient for a small business like ours. The ordering process is easy, the quality is consistent, and OnlineLabels has become our go-to supplier for our tea lollipop labels. The only thing we would love to see in the future is some type of loyalty benefit for repeat customers — for example, free shipping or a permanent discount for frequent buyers. As a returning customer, that would definitely make us even more loyal. Overall, great quality, good pricing, and a very useful design platform. Highly recommended for small businesses looking for professional labels!

When using Chrome browser to auto fill our saved credit card, the website doesn't recognize the entry (has blue textbox instead of gray) and then gives a transaction declined error -- when in fact it didn't even try to process the card.

I have been buying labels from OnlineLabels.com for many years. I've never had an issue with quality and shipping / receiving times are always consistent. I know exactly how to find the labels I need if they are a reorder. I have tried to use roll labels a few times but haven't had great results with my Rollo thermal printer. Being able to order samples before committing to a larger purchase would have been beneficial.
