The “Shopping Bag” icon button in the upper right hand of the screen (shopping on a mobile phone) was not working when pressed. I had to find another way to view the contents of my cart and make the purchase. Please fix this bug on your website for those shopping on your site using a cellphone.

After buying a "sample collection", I chose English Pear & Freesia and English Pear & Sweet Pea. Independently I couldn't decide which I preferred but, when I combined them, PERFECTION! The website made it easy by offering both together, was easy to use, and checkout was simple.

I really enjoy your fragrances, my only two complaints is that they have very little staying power. That means having to use more, and that leads me to my second comment, which is your products are quite expensive. I really can't justify spending 100 to 200 for this luxury.

While the information is very helpful about each individual product, it is a little labor intensive to find all of the products from the same scent line. It would be helpful to easily click on a link to find all items - candles to hand cream and cologne - in one place. In this order, I selected a medley of three items in the same scent.

Sometimes the pages seem cluttered and hard to find things. I hate having to click to scroll sideways instead of using the wheel of my mouse to easily scroll up and down. Sometimes I feel like the search words I type in don't pull up all the products in that scent.

Worst experience. I made three separate transitions to crate 3 separate messages- these items were bridal gifts and engraved. 2 were backordered even though website stated in stock, one was engraved incorrectly, one was not even engraved even though i paid for the engraving. I was told by customer service I would be shipped correct engraved items which never happened. Will never purchase again !
