The fragrances are just absolutely delicious, but there was no way of finding out tracking on the delivery, and then I got notified a couple of weeks later after my order was placed that one of the candles in the order which ran out and they would refund that part I haven’t seen that and I haven’t checked, but I’m going to

I’d rather shop Jo Malone online than in a store like Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdale’s who do not have a large variety of products to choose from. I prefer a stand alone Jo Malone store but their isn’t one in the Washington DC area

I had difficulty today getting two items to go into my cart. They were under household and it was a green diffuser and the refill. I selected both and added to cart five separate times and it wouldn't go into the cart. I ended up buying something less expensive, luckily it was in the same fragrance.

I have been disappointed at the lack of help at the Jo Malone counter at Neiman's so I ordered online a few weeks ago for a gift for someone. I was not thrilled that the perfume was not in the requested Jo Malone gift box and was instead just in black tissue paper.

I’ve ordered through Jo Malone on a regular basis for years however, the last three orders I’ve had issues with. I just placed another order with yet another issue. I put the code in sea salt and it just came up invalid. My last order the gift box was omitted so they gave me a 15% off the next order which is what I used, but none of the codes work. I was hoping to get some samples using the code but now I won’t be able to because the system won’t accept it I’ve also missed on getting the trio gift even though my orders in the past qualify because they were out of stock so it’s a little disappointing that something advertised and it’s not delivered. The product itself is beautiful though.

I ordered 2 items on 8/17 as a gift to be sent and did not get an order number. On 8/20 I contacted customer service via Chat and was told there was no order and to reorder items and was assured I would not be charged again since I was already charged. I reordered (8751323948) and was charged a second time. I have contacted Jo Malone on Chat. by phone with Ivan who spoke down to me and assured me I would get a call back in an hour and did not and then by Chat which again said I would hear back by the next day and that was a week ago.
