Great experience overall. I’d love if you sent the scent mixing card with orders. I have a few from years ago with like 15 scents and what yo mix with them to make the scent more fresh/light or more musky/dark. It’s very helpful! But an updated one would be even better!

It was limited in the options one could choose to pay for reasons I don't understand. The website is difficult to maneuver. Once one signs up for the T&C offer on 1st time purchase & applied it. Then I went back and ordered more of 1 item, and the offer disappeared!! I went back and it wasn't listed anywhere. I wasn't happy with the interaction of the webpage.

Never received acknowledgment of my order after being placed nor notice of it being shipped. When I went into my account it stated being shipped but there was no tracking No. I contacted customer service and was told check the tracking No but there was none. I had to trust that it would come after almost 20 days.

I had to shop online as the store in Washington DC city center has been closed for months. I was hoping to shop in-store to smell the new holiday scents, but I will have to wait. The last time I was in the store I loved the scarlet beetroot scent, which is why I purchased it. I was disappointed I did not get to choose my birthday scent between the three Jo Malone usually offers. I was hoping to get wood sage & sea salt as that is one of the colognes that is not in my collection.

Personally not a fan of the Jo Malone special edition business model. I believe if a scent sells out it clearly means people liked it so why not re-release it every few years. As I understand it this causes people to hoard the scents so it becomes unavailable. Found a great scent Sandalwood & Spiced Apricot which was given to my gf as a gift (sample size) only to find out it was no longer available for me to purchase more. Tried a number of other scents, none worked with the limited exception of Vanilla Scotch (another limited edition) which although not even close to Sandalwood & Spiced Apricot wasn't even available yet. I have now ordered it because it's the only choice.

I wish there were more sample-sized scents available. I do not live near a Jo Malone retailer and, even when I have been traveling, the selections in airport duty free shops and other non-Jo Malone retailers is fairly limited.

I enjoy the cologne and packaging as well as th3 service. This one time I received something I didnt order instead of what I did order. I was displeased because I have been waiting for the limited edition cologne to brought back and felt like since this error was made that this particular cologne would be out of stock and I would have missed my chance. This turned out not being the case and although it was late I did receive what I originally ordered and am happy.
