I was on the site deciding on what fragrance to try next, picked one out and wasn't offered any complimentary samples. I started a chatbot just before 2pm, had additional help from Kerrique, there were a few misunderstandings maybe communications if she spoke French? At the end, she understood and offered to send samples after i placed order - i left the chat open, my cart had been waiting at that point for about an hour. After going to purchase using Paypal - that we use for online payments when offered- it did what it does and redirected to complete transaction to JM website, couldn't get back on my browser so i completed on another but was unable to get the chat back. Kerrique didn't send a transcript - I believe it was just over an hour before i lost that - here is my order # 6253532271 to confirm I purchased enough to send either samples offered or candle duo - I was exasperated at the length of time it was taking, i'd already spent over an hour going back and forth on what to purchase. Been quite a bit since i was able to spoil myself, in late 2022 my husband became very ill and has been my main concern. When I saw my birthday bottle is coming up I found out i'd not treated my self in quite some time and missed last years gift, didn't want that to happen again. I have over 50 bottles of perfume, nearly all Jo Malone since my husband found. Unfortunately they are all nearly empty, and there are a few that were special offerings that I loved but didn't make the cut.
