I ordered a set of siding samples. For some reason, I expected the tiles to be larger, but that is not a big deal. The reason I am not making a purchase is that I am hesitant about buying an expensive product (siding) on line. I do not understand the return option. It also may be too expensive for me.

The turbine vent information was concise and helpful. The turbine does appear to be high quality and we look forward to receiving them. Shipping is free, but it will take a little while and I did not see an option to speed up the shipping. I did struggle a little trying to find the different sizes of the gable vents, but once I figured out how it was not a problem. You just didn't have the size I needed. :)

My only complaint is that this window well sais that it will take 1-2 weeks to ship. I'm not sure if that means it will arrive in that time or not ship from the send until that time has passed. I don't really know when to expect delivery from this information. Also, I would prefer this product to arrive in one week, even if that mean I need to pick it up from a local distributer.

The only issue with the checkout process was that it kept changing my order from 8 rolls of roofing underlayment to only one roll. I had to correct this a couple of times. Easy to find product though and love the free shipping. If product arrives and all looks good, would definitely order from this site again.
