Found it a little frustrating that I could not use our business address for payment because I am having it shipped to my home address. We are a not for profit that has no office address, so we use our PO Box address or our treasurers address for our bank card. The site would not let me use an address other than my home address for the billing, so. I simply charged it to my personal credit card. I have not had this difficulty with other sites before this.

I was very pleased to be able to place an order for this product and have it be shipped for free. The shipping advertised was quicker than most (2 days). I hope that is indeed the case. Amazon also had free shipping, but the price was $7 higher and the shipping was advertised as a week.

Easy to navigate website. Good product description along with how to install videos helped me make the decision to buy the item. I was surprised at the price to ship $225 of product. $60 seems high but I did compare prices on Amazon and for the same price I got 40% product but it was very close in terms of total costs because I could have ordered another quantity to come close to the same costs because shipping is free with Amazon.
