I ordered 2 pair of glasses, recieved then quickly and they were as described, but the PD I entered wasnt accurate so I returned them. I wanted to exchange one pair with my updated PD and recieve credit for the other pair. I also wanted to add transitions to my exchanged pair. I recieved my store credit for 1 pair immediately, and ordered a 3rd pair. I recieved the 3rd pair quickly but they did not work out because they were very heavy on my face. I returned the 3rd pair, but I have not heard anything back about a refund or a credit yet. I recieved an email that my 1st pair that I exchanged is being processed, but without transition lenses. I have called the phone number, I have also tried the chat but they are completely automated so with a specific request like mine they did no good. I did recieve an email response quickly with my first order and they were very friendly and accommodating, but with my second return I have not been so lucky. It would have been much easier to get resolved, and to clarify that I would like to upgrade to Transitions if I could have spoken with someone. I would highly recommend GlassesUSA, however I would warn them that an exchange/return could make it difficult because there is no way to contact the company outside of waiting for an email response from them. I very much liked the quality of glasses, but buying online makes it difficult to know what kind of frames fit correctly, and without good communication it may not always be worth the savings of buying online.
