The selection of frames and options was extensive. I started running in to trouble trying to place the order. There are way too many sales and coupon codes. I submitted my order with the merchant app, but it would never complete. The charges showed pending on my card though. I started trying to contact support through the live chat. That was frustrating and complete waste of time. It says support 24/7, but it turns out that is just the automated app and the live queue is closed after hours. I was repeatedly put in to an endless loop. None of the predefined options were related to the help I needed. I asked to speak to a live person. The automation would say "let me get you to the live queue", then it would say the live queue is currently closed. it did this over and over and over.
I waited until the next day. Going through the same automated questions multiple times, then finally getting to a person. They seemed like they were helping, but before I could confirm anything, they would send a boilerplate message about clearing cache in a browser and then disconnect from the chat. NOT HELPFUL! I was using their application and not a browser. After 3-4 times going through that I called in to get help. The person I spoke to was able to finally help me to get my order submitted. They were difficult to understand and overall communication was not great. Ultimately they recreated my order and emailed me a link to place the order and submit the payment. This person was able to get me better pricing on everything and save me an extra $100.
In the end, it all worked out, but the app and shopping cart submission can be improved. The live chat is complete trash and should be scrapped.
Now I just have to wait for the order to be filled and shipped. I'll see if the end product is what was represented.
