I ordered my first pair of glasses, using new member discounts and got a really good deal. They arrived really quickly and were too small. Returned them for store credit and got a different pair that fit. Order email said it would take 6 days to make my glasses. It took 11 days to make and another week to ship. I received them and they fit great except I ordered polarized lenses and the right lens is polarized and the left lens is NOT polarized.
I tried to contact customer service but that is damn near impossible to actually speak to someone. The phone number just leads you through endless automated system that never covers my situation, only generic situations. No option to actually speak to a live person.
Contacted support via live chat. First person I spoke to ended the chat while I was in the middle of typing my response. 2nd person I spoke to got my issue partially resolved. Contacted a 3rd time saying all I want is the correct glasses with the correct lenses, a 100% even swap. Said to wait a few days for the returns dept to contact me. It's been a few days and I'm still waiting.
NOT HAPPY WITH GLASSESUSA. Not only am I not going to not recommend this site for glasses, I'm going to go out of my way to convince people to go elsewhere.
