I have a Dyson vacuum and the stick has always been difficult to remove in order to empty the canister. It finally got to to point where I couldn't get it off without my husband's help and I thought I would have to buy a new vacuum. Instead I looked to see if vacuum parts could be bought separately. I found what I needed but only in an off brand. I wanted one that was made by Dyson and finally found it on the web site for EZvacuum. The price wasn't much different and I received it fairly quickly and it fit perfectly and was easy to remove and replace. If I need something else for my vacuum I would order from them Linda

The hose I ordered does not fit my vacuum cleaner, but I can make it fit by adding some tape around it to make it more snug. I’m doing this because returning something is a bitch.

I was surprised when my order showed up so quickly ! I immediately went to my Bissell carpet cleaner and installed the broken belt and changed out the roller brush assembly belt put it all back together and it works FANTASTICALLY ! EZVacuum gets10 STARS in my book ! A GREAT COMPANY. I will definitely tell everybody I know about my experience with EZVacuum ! There aren’t many companies like these folks anymore ! After I placed the order, I never received confirmation of the order but the money *was* taken from my bank account. That seemed to me suspicious. When I tried to double-check, I was referred to another service -- perhaps "SHOP" -- which I refused to register for. I emailed the company's email twice and phoned the number that was displayed. My emails were ignored and the voice mailbox was full. Until the item arrived, I had no idea if the order had been received.

My experience was not good. I had to order in 2 different places, 2 checkouts, and had to return to order items 4 times. Why am I paying for these 2 items seperately? You also need to have discount code at checkout where you need it.

I am a bit unsatisfied that I ordered what appeared to be Oreck brand vacuum bags (the picture showed a package of Oreck brand bags) when in fact I got generic knock off vacuum bags. I didn’t see anywhere in the description that they were off brand.

I ordered online because they had the best price. I received the incorrect items. Online return form charges include a restocking fee and you must provide your own return label/postage and there are no other options. I tried calling the business several times and got a garbled voice messaging system. I left two voice messages and then I e-mailed the business. I waited two days and received no communication. Finally I drove over an hour to the business storefront to find that they do not have all stock onsite. The storefront was chaotic with merchandise everywhere. It took several call outs of "Hello" to even get a person to come out for assistance. When he did come out, he was very friendly and apologetic and offered to send the correct item in a few days or refund my money. I did get a full refund. I am mainly disappointed that it required 3 hours of my time and gas to go there to get a refund. It was not my error that caused the problem and I feel like others should know. As long as you get what you ordered, everything would have been fine, however, if you happen to be unlucky and receive the wrong items you will be out of luck trying to get the issue resolved. They do not answer the phone and they do not respond to email.

I ordered 4 Bags. two from two different vacuums. The Kirby bags were the correct bags, the other two were not. Online I was told to send pictures of my vacuum and also sent the picture of the bags needed. No response on line, their phone mail box was stuffed with messages and not taking anymore. Ripped off!

These Shark replacement filters fit securely unlike the Amazon ones which were loose & permitted dust to get into the vacuum intake. Very pleased with the EZVacuum quality!!!

My vacuum was broken. I needed a new hose. I was gonna buy a new one, but then I looked online and saw a hose. I bought it. It was delivered and it works great no problem. $20 hose is better than having to buy

I was surprised when my order showed up so quickly ! I immediately went to my Bissell carpet cleaner and installed the broken belt and changed out the roller brush assembly belt put it all back together and it works FANTASTICALLY ! EZVacuum gets10 STARS in my book ! A GREAT COMPANY. I will definitely tell everybody I know about my experience with EZVacuum ! There aren’t many companies like these folks anymore ! After I placed the order, I never received confirmation of the order but the money *was* taken from my bank account. That seemed to me suspicious. When I tried to double-check, I was referred to another service -- perhaps "SHOP" -- which I refused to register for. I emailed the company's email twice and phoned the number that was displayed. My emails were ignored and the voice mailbox was full. Until the item arrived, I had no idea if the order had been received.

My experience was not good. I had to order in 2 different places, 2 checkouts, and had to return to order items 4 times. Why am I paying for these 2 items seperately? You also need to have discount code at checkout where you need it.

I ordered online because they had the best price. I received the incorrect items. Online return form charges include a restocking fee and you must provide your own return label/postage and there are no other options. I tried calling the business several times and got a garbled voice messaging system. I left two voice messages and then I e-mailed the business. I waited two days and received no communication. Finally I drove over an hour to the business storefront to find that they do not have all stock onsite. The storefront was chaotic with merchandise everywhere. It took several call outs of "Hello" to even get a person to come out for assistance. When he did come out, he was very friendly and apologetic and offered to send the correct item in a few days or refund my money. I did get a full refund. I am mainly disappointed that it required 3 hours of my time and gas to go there to get a refund. It was not my error that caused the problem and I feel like others should know. As long as you get what you ordered, everything would have been fine, however, if you happen to be unlucky and receive the wrong items you will be out of luck trying to get the issue resolved. They do not answer the phone and they do not respond to email.

I ordered 4 Bags. two from two different vacuums. The Kirby bags were the correct bags, the other two were not. Online I was told to send pictures of my vacuum and also sent the picture of the bags needed. No response on line, their phone mail box was stuffed with messages and not taking anymore. Ripped off!

These Shark replacement filters fit securely unlike the Amazon ones which were loose & permitted dust to get into the vacuum intake. Very pleased with the EZVacuum quality!!!
