I RECEIVED THE ORDER AND THE FILTERS DEFINITELY DO NOT FIT. I AM UNSURE IF I RECEIVED THE CORRECT FILTERS THAT I ORDERED AS THEY WERE NOT IN THEIR OWN PACKAGING, HAD NO LABLE , AND FREELY WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP ONLY. I emailed for a refund but have still not heard back.

For such an expensive vacuum cleaner it seems to me that there would have been a more stronger bag clip on to attach to the vacuum But after several tries I have been able to attach it. This is my second time I bought these as I bought the wrong ones the first time. I will be returning the first order. Thank you

I searched for the parts I needed online and found that EZ Vacuum not only had the parts I needed but had the most reasonable price. I was updated on the status and delivery of my order. Ordering items online with a company you don’t know anything about is scary because they could be a scam so I was a little leery but was pleasantly surprised at how professional they were and how they kept me informed. I will definitely order from them again. I actually realized I ordered the wrong part so I’ll be ordering the correct one soon.

The billing receipt did not match the number of items I intended to order. When I tried to call to straighten things out, no one answered the phone. So I tried to contact by email within 30 minutes of placing the order. Got a message that the items had already shipped and that the order could not be adjusted. The items received did not match the items described.

Received a Hepa Filter and Removable / Rinsable Filter, both X 2, but the Removable Filter is the wrong shape. Needed a 'D' shaped filter, the received filter is completely round ('O') in shape, does not fit.

I reached about to EZvacuum using the contact us link expressing my concern about these bags because they do not look like the type that I have been using for for over a decade. They were supposed to be the genuine bags shown in the photo of the ad, so I'm assuming that I was sent the wrong bags. The company has yet to respond to my questions about my order, which is frustrating and a huge disappointment. I shouldn't have to pay to return bags that were NOT what I ordered ... and I shouldn't have to wait for several days to hear back from the company.

I would recommend EZVacuum for parts. My order came quickly. The part was new and in the original box. I was happy because the maker of my vacuum doesn't even sell the part anymore. I was so glad that I found it on EZVacuum. The price was good too.

The billing receipt did not match the number of items I intended to order. When I tried to call to straighten things out, no one answered the phone. So I tried to contact by email within 30 minutes of placing the order. Got a message that the items had already shipped and that the order could not be adjusted. The items received did not match the items described.

Received a Hepa Filter and Removable / Rinsable Filter, both X 2, but the Removable Filter is the wrong shape. Needed a 'D' shaped filter, the received filter is completely round ('O') in shape, does not fit.

I reached about to EZvacuum using the contact us link expressing my concern about these bags because they do not look like the type that I have been using for for over a decade. They were supposed to be the genuine bags shown in the photo of the ad, so I'm assuming that I was sent the wrong bags. The company has yet to respond to my questions about my order, which is frustrating and a huge disappointment. I shouldn't have to pay to return bags that were NOT what I ordered ... and I shouldn't have to wait for several days to hear back from the company.

I was trying to connect 2 expandable hoses for my pet pro bissell vacuum but it did not fit. I am looking for an expandable hose longer (⁹than the standard hose) than 6 feet so that I can use my tools to the vacuum the ceiling.
