I bought the extra piece to attach to my other vacuum pieces to make it taller so that I don’t hurt my back when I vacuum. That’s perfectly with my other vacuum pieces and works very well. I bought the mop head to be able to really clean well under my bed and under other spaces. Very pleased with both.

I found EZVacuum by chance. They were the only place that I found the part I needed, not a whole assembly (although I did buy those too), just the one part. Shipping is fast and easy. I just placed a fairly large order, for me anyway, and I can’t wait to get to work…..so my wife says 😑

I only have 1 experience with this company. I ordered a replacement for the filter. On mine it's a gray plastic round filterish contraption. I've taken and put back together 1000's if times cleaned, re-assembled it. But my husband was crying and cuz he didn't do it as thought it was a piece of a toy that we threw away years ago. We just got our vacuum 6 months ago. And worst yet, he's taken apart, cleaned, re-assembled 500 times. (Little exarated some). I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AS OF YET. 10/03/2026

I have a bissell Helix vacuum. I’ve had it for about 15 years. I found the model number of the circular filter to be compatible with my vacuum- at least by the product detail section. Yet, this circular filter does not screw into the bottom (by twisting it) to secure it to the bottom of the filter canister. It doesn’t screw into/fit properly. I purchased two and will just make do with them. I had purchased one from another company and it was the same make/model. Unlike EZ Vacuum, the other company never responded to my request for a refund. I’m not requesting a refund, but I’m thinking this type of filter may not be practical/ideal for this vacuum. The bottom line is, the filter, despite stating it is compatible with my vacuum, is not compatible.

I went online found the item I wanted and made the purchase from EZ vacuum. I received the order on time, when I opened the part and tried to use, it was totally defective and not usable. I immediately reached out to EZ vacuum, with great difficulty. I have tried calling. I have sent two emails and I’ve yet to get any response at all. My next step is to contact my credit card so they will give me a credit for this payment. I am very disappointed and will never recommend or purchase from this company again.

I bought the extra piece to attach to my other vacuum pieces to make it taller so that I don’t hurt my back when I vacuum. That’s perfectly with my other vacuum pieces and works very well. I bought the mop head to be able to really clean well under my bed and under other spaces. Very pleased with both.

I found EZVacuum by chance. They were the only place that I found the part I needed, not a whole assembly (although I did buy those too), just the one part. Shipping is fast and easy. I just placed a fairly large order, for me anyway, and I can’t wait to get to work…..so my wife says 😑

Everything came in a reasonable amount of time however the packaging was poor at best. It survived, I’m not sure how knowing how some carriers treat things, over all I’m satisfied with price and quality.

I only have 1 experience with this company. I ordered a replacement for the filter. On mine it's a gray plastic round filterish contraption. I've taken and put back together 1000's if times cleaned, re-assembled it. But my husband was crying and cuz he didn't do it as thought it was a piece of a toy that we threw away years ago. We just got our vacuum 6 months ago. And worst yet, he's taken apart, cleaned, re-assembled 500 times. (Little exarated some). I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AS OF YET. 10/03/2026

I have a bissell Helix vacuum. I’ve had it for about 15 years. I found the model number of the circular filter to be compatible with my vacuum- at least by the product detail section. Yet, this circular filter does not screw into the bottom (by twisting it) to secure it to the bottom of the filter canister. It doesn’t screw into/fit properly. I purchased two and will just make do with them. I had purchased one from another company and it was the same make/model. Unlike EZ Vacuum, the other company never responded to my request for a refund. I’m not requesting a refund, but I’m thinking this type of filter may not be practical/ideal for this vacuum. The bottom line is, the filter, despite stating it is compatible with my vacuum, is not compatible.

I went online found the item I wanted and made the purchase from EZ vacuum. I received the order on time, when I opened the part and tried to use, it was totally defective and not usable. I immediately reached out to EZ vacuum, with great difficulty. I have tried calling. I have sent two emails and I’ve yet to get any response at all. My next step is to contact my credit card so they will give me a credit for this payment. I am very disappointed and will never recommend or purchase from this company again.
