I received the wrong item. It doesn't fit my vacuum cleaner. I called and after waiting a little while the person on the phone which I believe was an AI advised me to go to the website where I could get results easier. I've been to the website where I have filled out a return request and filled out a review. I need to talk to someone about getting the correct item. I'm grateful that EZVacuum has the cord hook for my Oreck, sadly it's my 3rd one I've had to replace. Oreck used to have the hook that turned clockwise to release the cord. They replaced it with the plastic one that keeps on breaking. Thank you for having this part for me.

After a great deal of research online for a replacement vacuum head for a 2000 Orek canister vacuum, I landed with EZvacuum. Based on my search, it noted the item I needed was in stock. The picture provided also matched what I needed. It is a very specific attachment due to the age of my vacuum. As noted, the picture matched. To my surprise a week later, it is the wrong item. The packing is an ill-fitted box, taped together with tremendous amounts of tape to make it work. I tried researching if you had the proper item in stock & my search said “no”. So, tried researching how to return and sent an email. No response. I also sent an email through Shop, the way I was charged. The site says I will be charged a restock fee and will need to pay for shipping. I sent back a message saying “no”, along with my explanation above. I’m still waiting on a response from either avenue. Horrible experience. In the meantime I’ve had to purchase from another company. I’m currently out close to $600, until this purchase is refunded. It is an expensive item, but I need it to clean my home. So frustrating!

I RECEIVED THE ORDER AND THE FILTERS DEFINITELY DO NOT FIT. I AM UNSURE IF I RECEIVED THE CORRECT FILTERS THAT I ORDERED AS THEY WERE NOT IN THEIR OWN PACKAGING, HAD NO LABLE , AND FREELY WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP ONLY. I emailed for a refund but have still not heard back.

For such an expensive vacuum cleaner it seems to me that there would have been a more stronger bag clip on to attach to the vacuum But after several tries I have been able to attach it. I searched for the parts I needed online and found that EZ Vacuum not only had the parts I needed but had the most reasonable price. I was updated on the status and delivery of my order. Ordering items online with a company you don’t know anything about is scary because they could be a scam so I was a little leery but was pleasantly surprised at how professional they were and how they kept me informed. The billing receipt did not match the number of items I intended to order. When I tried to call to straighten things out, no one answered the phone. So I tried to contact by email within 30 minutes of placing the order. Got a message that the items had already shipped and that the order could not be adjusted. Received a Hepa Filter and Removable / Rinsable Filter, both X 2, but the Removable Filter is the wrong shape. Needed a 'D' shaped filter, the received filter is completely round ('O') in shape, does not fit.
