Very smooth process and very easy to manipulate my bike on and off the carrier. Wish I had ordered a one bike carrier as I will rarely need to transport a two bike and it is heavier, but not worth the trouble of returning.

I saw that residents of California can opt-out to having their data mined/sold. I think you should offer that protection to others outside of CA. I feel upset that you don't opt to make that protection available to all of your customers. Despite that qualm I have, the overall site experience was good.

Overall good, however to keep track of all purchases and their order numbers to look up something you’ve bought afterwards is a total inconvenience. You should be able to look up all purchases under your name and email not have to input an order number from 2 months ago . Similiar to amazon when i lok up my purchases they all come up and i pick which one i need to look at?. Just an idea so i don’t have to call wait 20 minutes online to get an email another 20 minutes to just look up my purchase.

When I received the confirmation email from my order, I noticed the shipping address was wrong. I immediately emailed and called to try to get the address fixed before shipping. I got no response. It was Thursday and no response when I called again Friday. Finally talked to someone on Saturday but it was too late. Had to drive 20 miles early on Saturday to have the package held at the Post Office, and then return the next day to get it. Would have been resolved on Thursday if someone had seen my email or responded to my voicemail

Very good. I had these two items, plus 2 a/c filters and a rv thermostat all in one order a few days ago, showing ‘Order Now’ or similar, but when I placed the order only the thermostat showed up in the order. Which meant $5 bucks more or less for shipping, which I shouldn’t have paid, but oh well. Such is the cost of doing business online, I guess.
