search feature was a little difficult to use. I knew the product I was looking for and most of the search results were links to order specific subcomponents of the Yakima Sweet Roll. Finally found a video about the Sweet Roll and so could click on the ordering link from there. It was also difficult to find the difference between the Sweet Roll and the Hand Roll. Using Chat I was told that Hand Roll was only two saddles instead of 4. Not sure that is correct but went with the Sweet Roll anyway

Prices are good, shipping is free, I was hoping to get a matching tire for my current tires, but not that big a deal. My trailer came with Castle Rock 205/75R - 15 and that is probably a low end tire. I wanted to switch to alum wheels and keep originals as a spare. Also I see a comment about discounts, do you offer Military discounts?

Had to make a call for clarification regarding the exact details of the 2 1/4" (TFX225ACQ) vs. the same type 2 1/2" trailer deck screws. Based on the lack of clarity in the photo of the 2 1/4" screw tip, I could not tell if it was segmented for thread cutting like the 2 1/2" was. I was also curious why the price was over a dollar more per screw for just a 1/4" more length. Made me think they were way different and I was missing something. The girl that helped me couldn't really say why. Anyhow, she said they were the same other than the length so I went on and ordered them. Didn't really need 2 1/2" anyway, that's just what was used originally and they were more than long enough.
