This is a very well-organized website, and I was able to find many options for what I was looking for. I did have a problem connecting through chat - I had no way to respond to the technician after initiating the chat; I could see what they typed, but there was no field for me to type back in. But that could have been a firewall, or some other block at my work location. Just a speed bump, not a major problem. If I hadn't resolved my question otherwise, I would have simply called or tried chat from home.
