The website is horrible. Glitchy, slow, kept freezing up, and dropping items from my cart after I added them. It took a long time to finally get everything I wanted into my cart, get everything to stay in my cart and go to checkout. And when I finally was ready to checkout and clicked to add payment the whole thing froze up and then displayed that I had nothing in my cart, I had to start all over again. This was not an internet issue or a device issue because I experienced the same glitchy problems in my phone and my computer. When I tried to add everything back to my cart I was not able to add my birthday gift and my items that I was using points for back to my cart because it showed I already redeemed them. They must have still been sitting in that cart full of items that disappeared. I waited several hours before placing my order to see if those items would be available again to redeem but they were not. So I placed my order anyway, missing out on the free items I was wanting. The order took a long time to arrive and the tracking information wasn’t provided to me at all. When my order did arrive, I was happy with all the products. Elf products are always great. The only reason I had a bad experience was due to your website. It was literally the most frustrating thing to navigate.
