I went back on the website to continue my shopping (I got busy). Finished what I was wanting in my cart, and went to checkout. There were a few technical issues.
1. Website is very slow. Takes forever to load a new screen. Took me 2 hours to finalize my cart, and I didn’t even look at a lot of items.
2. When I went to click checkout the first time, my entire cart disappeared, thankfully I took notes of what I was wanting to purchase. I ended up using my phone instead of my laptop thinking that was the issue. Relogged in on my phones browser and the cart was still empty. I just readded everything back to the cart.
3. I had a free birthday gift to claim. (Birthday was Nov. 8th). I figured I wouldn’t be able to redeem it anymore as it’s now been a month but I seen it was still in my cart when I continued my shopping from just over a week ago, so there was hope. When logging into my phone after my cart disappeared on me on my laptop, the free birthday gift offer was gone. Oh well, not a big deal as the offer has probably expired.
4. I tried redeeming the free lip duo offer, as I had it in my previous cart, but it wasn’t showing up. It said it was added, but every time I clicked add/redeem, it wasn’t actually applying in my cart. Was excited for that, so that kinda bummed me out.
There just needs to be some bug fixes otherwise the rest of my shopping experience was fine.
