I love the savings, the product, ordering direct. However, I somehow managed to sign up for the US beauty squad rewards program even though I'm in Canada. Now I can't access my rewards. I emailed customer support and it was the site administrator that replied and advised me to email elf directly. That response was fast and courteous, but not helpful. I have emailed Elf directly to two different email addresses, and followed up a couple times, and got no reply. My rewards are still only available if I shop the US site. That is extremely frustrating.
I was also disappointed that the acne skincare line was not available in Canada. Hopefully that changes soon.
The shipping could be improved as well. Everything was just tossed in an oversized shipping bag with no internal padding to protect the items from slamming around or getting crushed. The package had a pretty large hole in it when we picked it up at the post office. One lip liner was missing, and some boxes were damaged - this was a gift so the box condition mattered to me. I haven't even bothered contacting elf about this. Maybe one day when I have the patience for a phone call I will try that way.
I hope these things can be resolved so I can continue to order direct from elf with confidence.
