the website was essy to use and the integrated Shop at checkout made it very quick. The only issue was when it asked me to add a passkey for shopify but didn't accept it. The discount was the reason i ordered this specific product and I will continue ordering here if there sre sales!

The Colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF 50 blends in flawlessly. It’s a lighter coverage but gives a very nice natural look that wears great all day. Also love that it has SPF in the formula.

Paid for expedited shipping and over a week later the product has still not even shipped. I am extremely frustrated and waited a week before calling customer service, I will contact them tomorrow to cancel order.

Today I was back on the site for the 4th time this week. I learned of the product i purchased last weekend and searched for it on google. Found it on this site which I’d never heard of but saw price was a lot better than the brand’s actual website. I came back to site a few times to decide whether or not to actually get. Price and discount code were really enticing. Ultimately purchased today!

It is exciting that they have a partnership with flex. I think it worked which is great I can use my fsa money on something that i am using to treat a medical condition but is not covered by insurance. Derm street texts me non stop with couupons which is annoying but I was also not going to buy this product unless i had a coupon for it.

Love the products I ordered but sometimes you have to wait a few weeks for delivery. Sometimes I need the product right away so I have to find it somewhere else.

First time purchase website said free shipping but was charged contacted customer service and was told they could not help but they were going to have someone contact me who could - and they never did. I ended up paying shipping since i needed product but not sure about buying again unless resolved and no shipping. Felt like no one cared or bothered with me.

I like that I can find the product I want easily. The website is a little busy looking, not sleek like an app. But usable. It’s strange that the product I get (is clinical cleansing complex) does not have a cheaper price per ounce as the bottle gets bigger. In fact, the biggest bottle has a higher price per ounce than the the 6 ounce bottle. Seems like a mistake.

Website stated that they ship the next business day. That was not the case. I reached out several days after and I was informed that they haven’t shipped out due to changing warehouses. Now I understand that these things happen but inform your customers on your website. This was not done. I asked for expedited shipping, due to this not being stated Anywhere. No response from CS for days and I never received an answer on that. I was later informed that my two products were at different warehouses and they were waiting for them to be together in order to ship. At this point it was nine days after I placed my order. Several more days passes and I received another email stating all my products were in the same warehouse and would take up to six days to ship out. It finally shipped out 10 days after I placed my order and no expedited shipping.

Love the discount, dont like the minimum needed for free shipping. Shipping fee is not too much if purchasing under $50. I appreciate that the site knows which items are fsa/hsa eligible and is able to separate those payments types for me in the end. Total costs and website were easy to navigate and comprehend. User friendly shopping. However, I do not like how I would have to pay an additional to ensure my items arent lost or damaged before it gets to the delivery address! Overall, I chose to buy from Dermstreet because of price with discounts. This is a review before I actually received my delivery so my opinions may change.

I never received my order and when I reached out to customer service the excuse was that they were switching warehouses and offered a refund. My guess is they never had the product to begin with?
