wanted to share some honest feedback as a customer who actually really likes your products.
The creams and products I ordered have been excellent quality, and I have already purchased from you twice, spending around $500 in total. However, the shipping has been quite slow, and what has been even more frustrating is that the larger-size products — the ones that are actually economical and that I would prefer to purchase — never seem to be available.
What makes this especially disappointing is that customers can sign up to receive notifications when these products are back in stock, yet they seemingly never become available. From a customer perspective, this creates a very frustrating experience and honestly damages trust in the brand.
I have only mentioned this privately among friends so far because I genuinely like your company and products, and I truly hope this situation will improve soon.
I would sincerely appreciate if there were any way to compensate loyal returning customers for this inconvenience, whether through a discount, store credit, or priority access once the products are finally restocked.
