The last two experiences I ordered a different product because the Image Vita C product was out of stock. Both of those products failed to work the same way and derm street provided premier service along with a refund with no issues. I used that to purchase the Image Vita C product. Every transaction I have with them arrives in great condition in a timely manner and exceptional service from their team if/when needed.

I had recently ordered Obagi Tinted Sunscreen in Cool, but they sent me Obagi Mineral again and I asked for an exchange, but they sent me a gift card and I still had to pay shipping again, I see now that Cool is out so I ordered Warm because I need it right away and I do not know if that was going to be too dark, so I may have to try it and send it back if it is too dark because now they are out of the Cool! I will see how things go with the Warm, but promtness and the order coming and sending back was good. Just wish I would have gotten the correct item in the first place.

I had a great experience shopping on DermStreet. The website has a wide variety of professional skincare brands and the prices and promotions were competitive. I especially liked the product selection and same-day shipping options. The only improvement I would suggest is making it easier to compare products and understand the differences between items in the same product line. It would also help to have more detailed routine recommendations and clearer information on which products work best together. Overall, I had a positive shopping experience and would shop here again.

I had a good experience with DermStreet. The Alterna Shampoo and Conditioner arrived in good time this week. I’ve used Alterna mousse and the Working Hairspray for some time, so I decided to try the volume shampoo and the conditioner. I tried them for the first time this morning. The shampoo stripped my baby fine hair and made it difficult to style. The small amount of conditioner that I used probably just made my hair softer, plus my scalp has itched all day. I’m planning to return both items, if I am able to return them.

I ordered two powder brush on sunscreens by Colorscience. I have used this product for years so it was not the issue. I received one of the sunscreens and some random hair product I did not order. Their was a response to my email and the errant sunscreen tube is being shipped however I am expected to print a return mailing level, repack the product I had not ordered and take it to the UPS store. I found this inconvenient to say the least. I think I should be allowed to keep the product rather than hassle a return for something I did not order. I emailed Dermstore about this but have gotten no reply.

I was super excited about the products available and prices/deal potential I was seeing on the site, and happily ordered products. After ordering, I realized DermStreet is not an authorized distributor of the products I was so excited about and had decided to splurge on, and read review after review that people had received fake products. That was disappointing, and unless I read something else, I'm probably going to avoid ordering from DermStreet in the future to avoid the possibility of ordering a fake formulation. Shipping-wise, the delivery was updated twice to a later date which was disappointing, and then the box arrived (inside and outside) really beat up - which I recognize can happen during shipping and isn't really an issue, but it didn't help this experience. Upon receiving my product, I began to research ways to verify whether I got a real or fake product to help me decide whether I would return them immediately or not. I thiiiiink I got real ones so I don't think I'm going to return them at this point. But man, the stress of spending the money I spent plus the delivery delay and wondering about the legitimacy of my products, was not really worth it, which is a bummer!
