The insert cap is defective. It stay stuck in the cap. I pulled it out to place it in the tube but it continues to go back in to the cap. It lead to too much lotion coming out at once especially as the lotion get used up. Not pleased.

Very easy to navigate the website and I didn’t know my information was already integrated using Shop. I liked knowing there are so many options and very esthetician friendly products on the site. I’m glad the product I got was on sale because at the clinic, it is not… but will definitely get it back, in fact I might do a subscription! If it all works out well.

It was confusing checkout with codes and trying to find my store credit. Finally I called and the operator was able to send me the email for the store credit. I could not tell if one of the numbers or letters was a 0 or O. So, that was annoying.
