My complex has an association with Parcel Pending where all packages are delivered to a secure location. My La Mer package was left on a countertop in the Mail Room where it can be removed by any resident. Can you please indicate that my order be placed in the Parcel Pending room or a locker provided by USPS in the Mail Room.

I would always recommend la mer it’s just this last time my purchase took 12 days to arrive, I tracked it the item took a week and left to leave the warehouse then like 4 more days to reach the destination. I just think it’s too long apart from that la mer is the best

I could not find the regenerating serum on the website, and was not sure which product to purchase that has similar properties. I wish there was a comment to direct me to the new product that has replaced it.

“CHOOSE 2 COMPLEMENTARY SAMPLES” has shown only one available sample for several days. I contacted customer support for assistance, but unfortunately the representative was unable to provide a clear explanation and offered only guesses, such as suggesting that perhaps the second sample was not meant to be selected. I would have appreciated a more knowledgeable and helpful response.

Everything was great! The only downside was during checkout when it prompted me to choose 2 complimentary items, only 1 choice was given and it didn’t give an option to claim 2 of that item.

I think the waves loyalty program is a pretty poor program. The two “delux” samples are tiny little products and you are often out- today, there was only one to choose from- no option to get the second sample I’m supposed to get. It seems people who buy in store get much better perks from the store associates than from the waves program. Also, when will you a start offering recycling/refillable options? The hats for the products are fabulous- I’d love to reuse and not contribute to the trash when done. Finally, as a program benefit, engraving is offered, but how? How does one access this feature? In short, your loyalty program is a real weakness for a top tier and priced product.

I ordered this bottle of essence water twice on the 21st of last week. At that time, there was an activity and there were 6 samples to be given away. My order was canceled twice in a row. The delivery on the official website is a little slow. When placing an order, it shows that there is a gift. Before delivery, the gift is notified that the gift is out of stock. The out-of-stock gift should be directly replaced with other products. It is not good to reissue it after the buyer contacts. I hope it can be improved.

Good promotion offer to the customers and vip customers, checkout list would clearly list out of item purchase, however, products always out of stock, not many items options to purchase for customers and less gift set options too.
