The delivery on the official website is a little slow. When placing an order, it shows that there is a gift. Before delivery, the gift is notified that the gift is out of stock. The out-of-stock gift should be directly replaced with other products. It is not good to reissue it after the buyer contacts. I hope it can be improved.

Several products have been out of stock for quite some time, such as the Clarifying Mask and the concentrate 1oz. I hope they can be restocked as soon as possible. Also, for items that are delayed in shipping, it would be more satisfying for customers if the purchase price could still count toward the order total when the promotion is applied.

the check out step is always a nightmare. Every card I tried says there is a payment issue. I never had this type of thing with any other online shopping website, only with La Mer. I've tried at least 10+ times with different browser and different card, finally went through with paypal.
