Today the website worked well. I order every year for me and my daughter in law. Last year was the first time they didn’t include the gift bags. I even emailed and asked for it. I never received either of them. I always order 2oz. For each of us. I was so disappointed and my daughter in law of course said nothing but it embarrassed me. I still order because I love your product. I rarely complain but I just felt it was highly unusual for your company and I hope the right person reads this. Really, really frustrated by the perpetually out of stock and discontinued items (namely the Neck & Décolleté Cream [discontinued], the Eye Balm Intense [out of stock], and the Lifting Firming Serum [out of stock until very recently]). Also by the fact that the rewards program points cannot be used unless you purchase an in-stock item, but the items I routinely try to purchase are rarely in stock. I have had to resort to purchasing products at retail stores (eg, Nordstrom), which makes the rewards program meaningless.

The purchase made today was done so that I could close out my Waves account (my anniversary is approaching). I've been a loyal customer on this website for decades but I had a terrible experience with a "gift with purchase" order a couple months ago and was appalled at the inability to find someone in authority to resolve it. So, in the end, LaMer kept the "free gift" (which I paid $800.00 in products to get...but yeah...whatever). But, the trade off was that LaMer also has lost thousands from me in future revenue, because I will never be their customer again. Over the years, I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on the LaMer website (I probably averaged about 2-3k annually on this website). And this issue was the only time I've complained in 15 years. (I've never returned a product, either.) So, yeah, imagine my surprise when I realized that LaMer makes it impossible to complain. It's a shame because I really like LaMer. But I don't like being played. Do better with your customer service. People (like me) who are willing to pay $400.00 for a jar of face cream are not willing to jump through hoops to resolve an issue when/if something goes wrong. People, like me, can just find another product to love. (You should have an email address where complaints can be lodged and dealt with.) Shame on you for charging so much for your products and then being so subpar with your customer service. Nothing says "you don't matter" more than how you treat your customers. And, yeah, shame on me for spending my money with your company and empowering you to treat customers like this.

Initially I got introduced to La Mer at a Nordstrom store and, although I like the personal interaction, knowing that the sales people receive commission, shopping for products becomes a little tense. I really like using the website because it gives me time to think and pick and not feel rushed. I actually do not have any "bad" feedback other than during the first time taking the "find your regimen" quiz, the survey got stuck after I selected "continue" in the "eye" section without choosing the second option by accident. It prompted me to choose it, but then the "continue" button was deactivated. I hope that this made sense. It worked the second time I took it and it was actually very useful. The site is intuitive, it has all the products, offers choices and remembers choices.

New to LaMer website

I am a new member and I was offered the waves welcome discount of $75.00 if my purchase equaled or exceeded $350.00. My order did exceed $350.00 and I was not offered the discount, I was directed to log-in which I did several times and then I was informed that the code was good for first time purchasers, which I am a new member. I used your chat feature and after 20 minutes of repeating and confirming my issue, I was told a refund of $75.00 will be given after my products are shipped. This was not a good first time shopping experience. Especially, since one of the items I purchased is out of stock and will not ship until it is back in stock which can be over 30 days.

The last two times I ordered there was a gift promo of a small set in a blue bag. This time it was promo HEROS. Never have I had a place to put in the promo code. Therefore, last time and guessing this time I will not receive the promo. The promo was the reason I placed my order at this time. I am very disappointed. Please ship the promo item to fulfill your promise.

I would love the opportunity to try a sample of The Concentrate, but my individual orders are often just below the qualifying purchase amount. I hope La Mer might consider offering samples based on customers’ cumulative spending or loyalty points. Samples are very helpful when deciding whether a product is suitable, and I would be happy to purchase the full-size version if it works well for me.

Too many of your products were sold out, or 4 weeks out and when I tried to buy them they were not taken into account for the HEROES coupon. You forced me to buy things I did not want.

The site is out of stock on so many items. Everything in this line is so expensive but my skin improves when I use them. I buy wisely and on sale. There are too discount codes I wanted to use to purchase certain items, but the items are not in stock! Why??? This is your line and your company, you should always have your line available.

Enjoy products even at the very high price point. When there are offers such as birthday samples etc, I do no receive those. Also don’t receive samples . This is not good because I am not going to purchase a very expensive product without ever trying it.

I regularly purchase from lamer. This purchase offered two bonus options. The options weren’t included. I was ignored and shrugged off when I contacted Customer Service. Good proud—-terrible customer service. Recommendation to check Amazon who get customer service
