I had trouble with it changing my cart 🛒 window to your advertising page. I couldn’t open the cart to confirm what was in it until at very end when making payment. It didn’t offer any option for discounts.

orderred 6 dining chairs, twice got communicated that they were being deliverred, but then only one was to be deliverred because the others were damamged. Got a second delivery date again was told that they were delivering the chairs, got another call saying only one was to be deliverred. Told represetative to cancel delivery untill all 6 could be delivered. Truck showed up with one chair, which I refused delivery of. One dining room chair out of 6 is of not use to me. Still awaiting confirmation of availability of the chairs.

When buying a mattress online it should be clearer that the customer cannot return the product for any reason. Dispatch said I had 24 hours to return, yet that was not the case. Accessing customer service on the phone on Sunday was not possible but the company knows that weekend deliveries are more common, so customer service should be available ( a real person) every day. I have been a customer for over 20 years and there's no curtesy granted for my loyalty.

I tried calling customer service yesterday and was on hold for a long time so left call back number. I received a call back several hours later. Also tried live chat and it didn’t work. A real pain. Also disappointed that the item I ordered won’t be delivered until 4 months out. Ridiculous! I wanted to pick up the item when it comes in but to have it shipped to the closest store to me is an extra $20 . More ridiculousness!

As a general rule, I love your furniture. It is stylish but still affordable. The reason why I’d hesitate to recommend City Home is because of your return policy. Just because it looks good in the store doesn’t not mean it will look good/fit in the house and to not be able to return said product, even upon delivery, is just wrong.

I love my coffee table I bought online after looking at it in store. It is perfect and exactly want I wanted. It was expensive for me, but after looking at it, I knew it was the one. I did request a refund as I bought it over July 4th holiday and then it went on sale. I contacted customer service and they refunded the difference of what I paid and the sale price.
