I am a new customer with CF, i had been needing a ricliner and found one on your website. The recliner was damage upon arival. The i just made my 2nd purchase for 2 king size bunky boards and one was damage upon arrival. With that said, i will be paying off my CF store card and closign my account. Customer service is a hit or miss, after submitting my first claim for my recliner i had to contact CS because i noticed one of my recliners backrest side post was not staying on correctly. I was told by CS that the tech would take care of both issues during my scheduled appointment. The day of my appointment no call, text or email. I call called in and i was told that my scheduled appointment that was for a thursday that it had been rescheduled for the following monday. Again, i received no call, email or text in regards to my appointment being cancel and rescheduled. Over all, just not happy with quality of product and overall experience. I will pay off my orders and wont be buying again from CF.
