the website log in seemed to be down earlier - but i got to log in few hours later. i love that in my account things in my cart stay there until i am ready for a purchase. i did not enjoy the delivery fee to leave it at the front door. delivery fees unless "white glove service" is chosen, in my opinion should be included in the overall cost. That's how West Elm does it. Not only was my delivery fee included, they put a dresser in a bedroom for me, I did not pay extra for that service.

Delivery crew was friendly, easy to to work with, and helpful. They did do some paint damage to my front door during delivery. One of our couch sections wouldn’t line up to connect to the other piece of the sofa. Delivery crew did contact customer support to set up a crew to come out and fix the issue. The appointment was set and no one reached out the day to confirm appointment and no crew has come to fix the issue. I contacted online support chat to start a return. The return was never processed and luckily I reached out again on the third day after delivery to check on return status and had to start the process over.

I was disappointed that i was unable to qualify for free shipping. I had signed up for email previously, thinking that would give me a coupon or some sort of discount when I decided I was ready to purchase, but I was wrong. I was about $200 short just to save $39! It wasn’t worth it!
